About ThirdChannel

ThirdChannel helps brands deploy their best advocates into the marketplace through a technology-first platform connecting brands, retailers, and field teams.

About the Role

ThirdChannel is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build and run the commercial engine behind our sales team. You will own the quality of our company and contact data, design and implement our outbound strategy, and support our sellers in targeted go-to-market efforts with the accounts that matter most. Most of our new logo revenue arrives through warm paths, so this role is about precision rather than volume: the right accounts, the right contacts, and a clear reason to reach out.

Day to day, you will build and enrich company and contact data in HubSpot, design the lists and campaigns our outbound runs on, and partner with our sales and business development team on targeted outreach. You will also work our Claude-powered intent-signal digest to surface high-priority opportunities, and run the operational side of our tradeshow and event programs, from pre-show lists to post-show analysis.

This is a hands-on seat on a small team. You will not be building systems from scratch, but you will own the ones we have and be expected to make them better. Success looks like a clean CRM, a steady flow of well-prioritized opportunities, outreach that earns replies, and workflows that get faster every month.

Key Responsibilities

- Account and Contact Data: Own the health of our account and contact data. Add new target companies to HubSpot and enrich contacts at the accounts already there, so the team always works from a complete, current picture of who to talk to.
- Intent Signal Triage: Work our signal digest daily. Separate real opportunities from noise, prioritize by fit and timing, and route each one to the right seller with the context they need to act.
- Targeted GTM Support: Partner with members of the sales team on targeted go-to-market efforts, from account research to individual outreach grounded in a specific signal or reason to reach out.
- Outbound Strategy and Segmentation: Design and implement outbound campaigns: define the target segments, build and segment the lists, and match each segment to the message it should receive.
- Events and Tradeshows: Own the operational side of our event program: build and enrich pre-show lists, draft and run sequences before and after each show, and analyze what each event produced.
- Campaign Analytics: Own sequence and campaign measurement. Report what is working in plain language, and recommend what to scale and what to retire.
- Reporting Support: Maintain the pipeline and campaign reporting the commercial team relies on, and keep the underlying data clean enough that the numbers are easy to trust.
- Process Improvement and AI: Find manual work and friction in our workflows, and use automation and AI to remove it. Document what works so the improvements stick, and bring us the next improvement before we ask.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years in revenue operations, sales, or business development, with hands-on ownership of a CRM and outbound campaign workflows.
- Advanced HubSpot experience, including properties, lists, workflows, sequences, and reporting, and building workflows rather than only using them. HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude inside multi-step workflows, and a track record of improving those workflows rather than only running them.
- Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Strong writing. You can turn a signal into a short, specific note that a buyer would want to answer.
- Comfort building campaign and pipeline reports in HubSpot and spreadsheets, and turning them into clear recommendations.
- Experience supporting tradeshow or event campaigns is a plus, as is exposure to consumer brands or retail.
- A track record of improving the processes you inherited, with examples you can walk us through.
- Remote role, open to U.S.-based candidates; occasional travel for team offsites and select tradeshows may be required.

Compensation

This is a salaried role with an annual company performance bonus. Annual base salary range is $80,000 – $100,000.
