Position Details & Compensation
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
- Pay Structure: $0.57 – $0.59 per mile (CPM) base rate
- Monthly Bonus: Additional $0.03 per mile monthly performance bonus
- Daily Mileage: High-mileage local routes averaging 440+ miles per day
- Schedule: Monday – Friday night shift starting at 6:00 PM (Home Daily)
- Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight
- Operating Radius: Within 250 miles of Plymouth, IN
- Equipment: Slip seat day cab operation
- Employment Status: Full-time W-2 employee

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
