George Moore Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and experienced F&I Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate finance and insurance products that meet their needs.
- Negotiate and finalize financing arrangements with lenders and customers.
- Review and explain contracts and agreements to customers.
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations related to finance and insurance.
- Partner closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Process contracts and financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed on current finance and insurance products, market trends, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Valid drivers license and appropriate certifications as required.
- Proficiency with finance and dealership management software is a plus.
