## Your Purpose

As the Reporting, Process Excellence & Data Science Director, you will lead the design, development, and governance of FP&A analytics, reporting, and process excellence initiatives. You will ensure that financial and operational data are transformed into actionable insights that support accurate forecasting, strategic decision-making, and standardized, scalable processes across all brands.

## Your Impact

Reporting & Dashboards

- Design and maintain standardized reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, timeliness, and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and tailored to executive, HQ, and local stakeholder needs.

Process Excellence & Governance

- Define and enforce FP&A process standards across brands and local offices.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
- Develop documentation, workflows, and KPI dictionaries to ensure alignment and reproducibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Finance Business Partners to interpret forecast outputs and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams to align dashboards, reporting frameworks, and reporting cycles.
- Guide, train, and upskill FP&A teams on analytics tools and best practices.

Leadership & Strategy

- Lead a team of Data, Reporting, and Process Excellence Analysts.
- Define the strategic roadmap for analytics, reporting, and FP&A process improvement.
- Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and multi-brand operational requirements.

Data Science & Analytics

- Develop predictive and prescriptive models for revenue, costs, occupancy, and other key business metrics.
- Build scenario analyses and advanced forecasting tools to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance Transformation teams on data architecture, integration, and data quality control.

## Your Journey so far

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in finance, analytics, reporting, or related functions, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience leading analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to multi-brand and/or multi-country organizations is preferred.
- Experience managing teams and driving strategic transformation projects.

## Your Essentials

- Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI, Python, R, SQL, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and standardization frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across executive, HQ, and local teams.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and influence strategic decision-making.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, international, and matrix organizations.
- Strong focus on governance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
