O2B ICS & Compliance Expert EMEA

Role Overview:

As O2B ICS & Compliance Expert EMEA, you help ensure that Customer Service operations across the region comply with Bayer’s compliance requirements and Internal Control System (ICS) principles. You will monitor and analyze operational data, identify potential deviations, control gaps, or non-compliant activities, and coordinate timely follow-up actions. By providing transparent reporting and proactive risk management, you will help strengthen controls within day-to-day Order-to-Bill (O2B) processes.

This is a maternity-leave cover position.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Execute data reporting and analytical reviews in line with defined procedures to assess and strengthen the compliance state of Order to Bill operations;
- Acquire data from ICS Workbook sources and maintain a reliable, audit-ready database with all relevant proofs and evidence;
- Collaborate with CG and Data teams to enhance Control Reports, perform user acceptance tests (UATs), and document all changes in a structured and traceable manner;
- Conduct full lifecycle analyses of Order to Bill activities to ensure operations adhere to ICS principles and compliant ways of working;
- Identify process deviations and gaps versus compliant standards and work closely with L1 stakeholders to drive effective mitigation of defined ICS risks;
- Secure timely and effective execution of controls based on the O2B ICS Risks & Controls Matrix to sustain Bayer’s License to Operate and strengthen governance practices;
- Drive preparation for and provide accurate, complete information to support internal and external audit requests;
- Provide guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of the ICS Risks & Controls Matrix and related governance in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Who You Are:

- Hold a Business Administration degree or comparable education;
- Bring at least 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Finance, ideally within complex, international environments;
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and critical thinking about systems and processes, coupled with a clear results orientation;
- Exhibit collaboration, agility, and strong leadership and influential skills, with sound decision making and a high sense of accountability;
- Act as a team player who is comfortable working across various functions and diverse cultures with respect, inclusion, and openness;
- Operate with a compliance- and accuracy-driven mindset, with the ability to collaborate, build consensus, and foster trust among stakeholders;
- Have availability to travel up to 20% mainly within the region and communicate fluently in English.

At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices. 
The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 1 107 000 HUF. The final salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility. 
This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
