- Lead follow-up activities and manage a pipeline of prospective and active leads using Salesforce or a similar CRM system to ensure timely and accurate tracking of all outreach and application stages.
- Import and update data from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain accurate records of outreach, applications, and partner status.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Manager and other local contractors to plan, coordinate, and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
- Work with the Field Manager to engage local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to build awareness and drive referrals for the hub delivery partner program.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective partners, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues that arise during the application and onboarding process.
- Proactively identify and solve problems that applicants encounter in the field, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial contact through launch.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and urgency in all interactions, consistently representing the program positively in the local business community.
- Leverage technology tools, including CRM systems and spreadsheets, to stay organized, manage daily activities, and report progress to the Field Manager.
- Contribute to building strong community partnerships with small businesses and local organizations to support long-term growth of the delivery program.
