Job Title: Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations
Location: DeLand, FL 32724  
Work Arrangement: Onsite  
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, plus one Saturday every 12 weeks  
Salary: $108,971–$156,957 annually  
Bonus: $10,000 Retention Bonus + $15,000 Annual Bonus  
Relocation Assistance: Available

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality standards, and lead high-performing laboratory teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in high-volume, high-complexity laboratory testing, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, workflow, and performance.
- Manage laboratory supervisors and frontline teams.
- Ensure CAP, CLIA, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational metrics, staffing, and productivity.
- Mentor team members and support leadership succession planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science.
- Minimum 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience.
- Active Florida Supervisor License in **Microbiology** (required).
- ASCP Medical Technologist certification/registry or equivalent.
- Experience managing high-volume, high-complexity laboratory operations.
- Strong knowledge of CAP/CLIA regulations and laboratory quality assurance.
- Experience leading laboratory teams and managing workflows.
