About this role

Apple is a place where extraordinary people come to do their best work. On the Apple Pay Partner Marketing team, we partner with banks, payment networks, fintechs, and merchants to give more customers an easy, secure, and private way to pay.

We're looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to help accelerate Apple Pay growth across Latin America, one of the fastest-growing digital payments regions in the world.

In this role, you'll lead partner marketing programs that grow Apple Pay adoption and engagement across Latin America, particularly in Brazil and Mexico. You'll work across both partner and consumer marketing, building joint programs with partners and shaping the campaigns and messaging that reach customers directly. You'll bring a deep understanding of local consumer behavior, banking and retail culture, and how payments work in each market across the region. You'll also build trusted relationships and align partners and internal teams around shared goals.

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading complex omnichannel marketing programs, ideally in partner or co-marketing
Solid understanding of the fintech and digital payments landscape
Experience marketing in Latin America, with hands-on work in Brazil, Mexico, or both
Proven track record of building relationships with external partners and influencing them toward shared goals
Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives on tight timelines
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel across Latin America and the United States as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with payments in Latin America, including digital wallets and local real-time payment methods (for example, Pix in Brazil)
Experience working with merchants and retail partners in-market, turning global strategy into local execution
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply to audiences at all levels
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings curiosity and new ideas to problem solving
Demonstrated success collaborating across functions, regions, and time zones
MBA or relevant master's degree
