Hidden Talent is hiring on behalf of Davis Jewelers, Louisville's premier family-owned jeweler, for a Part-Time Concierge.

This position works alongside an existing Concierge to provide flexible coverage throughout the month. Rather than a fixed weekly schedule, you'll primarily cover afternoon shifts, select Thursdays, and approximately two Saturdays each month.

Schedule

This is a part-time, flexible coverage position.

Typical coverage includes:

- Afternoon shifts Monday–Friday (generally beginning around noon)

- Two varying Thursdays per month

- Approximately two Saturdays per month

The schedule varies from month to month and is provided in advance.

What You'll Do

- Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism

- Create an exceptional first impression for clients visiting the showroom

- Offer refreshments and assist guests while they wait

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls

- Maintain a polished and organized reception area

- Assist with light administrative and clerical tasks

- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience

- Support the sales team by providing outstanding hospitality throughout each guest's visit

- Hospitality

- Hotel Guest Services

- Luxury Retail

- Customer Service

- Medical Reception

- Administrative Support

- Restaurant Host/Hostess

- Client Relations

Luxury hospitality or high-end retail experience is a plus but not required.
