Supporting multiple client contracts and business initiatives, this role serves as a key contractual resource and partners with Business Development throughout competitive and sole-source federal acquisitions, from proposal through award, transition, administration, and closeout.
Responsibilities include independently managing and advising on contract, subcontract, and commercial agreement reviews and administration; Statements of Work (SOWs), modifications, and contractual compliance; Small Business Subcontracting Plans and Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) mitigation plans; Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) drafting, negotiation, review, and execution; contractual deliverables and reporting; and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) activities. The role conducts and advises on compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), agency requirements, and applicable commercial terms and conditions.
