#YourRoleandResponsibilities
We are looking for professionals with experience in SAP Basis to join our team in Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion, Ioannina . As a Junior SAP Basis Consultant, you will have the chance to participate in an important international team and become part of a growing, international delivery network. As we extend our collaboration with Italian based clients, we are expanding our team in order to support international collaboration opportunities with Deloitte member firms across EMEA. Depending on your experience level, you will be provided training and support to help you succeed as part of our growing team.
You will be part of a project delivery team, with colleagues in Greece (Thessaloniki/Patras) as well as other international offices, including Italy. The projects will focus on the delivery of SAP Basis services and security administration. You will get the chance to share your experience and knowledge with your colleagues in Greece and abroad and help realizing our ambition: “make an impact that matters”.

- Depending on your previous experience and attitude, in a longer or shorter time, you will progressively be able to and will:
- Work collaboratively with local and remote teams.
- ITIL Service Management & Ticketing: Manage daily ticketing workflows, incidents, service requests, and change processes following standard ITIL framework guidelines.
- Incident & Service Request Management for SAP RISE: Handle daily Incident Management, Service Requests, and operations on SAP RISE environments according to predefined SLAs.
- SAP Roles & Security Administration: Design, build, test, and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, user profiles, and security parameters to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Perform Testing and Verification activities.
- Ensure the resolution of complex incidents and support Problem Management (bugs, update failures), proposing technical solutions.
- Guarantee the quality of services as perceived by the client and act to ensure SLA fulfillment under tight deadlines.
- Manage technical sustainability and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- SAP System Administration: Manage SAP system landscapes, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP software components.
- Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning measures to optimize system efficiency.
- Database Administration: Manage SAP databases, including backup and recovery, data migration, and performance tuning for database systems.
- System Upgrades and Patch Management: Plan and execute system upgrades, apply patches, and ensure system compatibility with the latest SAP releases.

#OurRequirements
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a technical-scientific specialization with a preference for Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, or STEM Background.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and databases.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes for service delivery and ticket management (Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management) would be a plus..
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage critical production incidents calmly, prioritize workload effectively, and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Products and SAP RISE operational workflows would be a plus.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA and HANA Platform would be a plus.
- Basic or prior experience in SAP Roles & Security Management would be a plus.
- SAP Certification would be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); Italian is considered a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Propensity for teamwork and remote collaboration.
- High motivation for IT consulting.
