Our model focuses on ensuring those with end-stage renal disease receive the best possible care through a more convenient, centralized, continuous care model.
Why is this Role Essential?
As Concerto grows across multiple states and subsidiaries, accurate and timely financial information is critical to supporting our clinical operations and partner facilities. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in maintaining reliable financial records and strengthening our accounting and financial reporting functions. - Manage intercompany accounting across subsidiaries, including preparing entries, reconciling balances, and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate unusual account activity, and ensure all balances are properly supported.
- Support external financial audits and tax compliance requests by preparing schedules and supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Research accounting issues, identify root causes of discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, internal controls, automation, and system functionality, including NetSuite workflows and reporting.
- Partner with internal departments to answer accounting questions and ensure transactions are properly recorded and documented.
