SECURITY PATROL SUPERVISOR / OPERATIONS
PRIMARY SHIFT : DAY-SHIFT (Monday thru Friday) Typical 8 hours shifts with some overtime. Must be available for occasional overtime and weekends as needed. Candidate must be available for on-call responsibility as needed.
EXCELLENT PAY RATES
$40.00 - $45.00 per/HR - DOE (Unarmed / Partially Armed / Armed)
DUTIES:
Working as a UNIFORMED SECURITY SUPERVISOR / OPERATIONS ASSISTANT , you will assist with managing the day to day patrol operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong supervisory background in the Security industry, with excellent written and verbal skills. Strong computer / tech skills are also a must. Must have experience in training and employee oversight / supervision.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position works 50% in the field & approximately 50% in the Securitech office with operations related duties such as operations support / field operations. Candidate will work closely with our Director of Operations.
EDUCATION, BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
- Must posses a valid California driver's license with an excellent DMV record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft products Word, Excel and Outlook, scanning documents and other administrative duties.
- Must have a valid CA guard card
- High school diploma required.
- Graduate degree (College / University) highly desirable
