Since 2016 we have kept bikes running in Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Our German operations are now looking for experienced bicycle mechanics for our professional refurbishment centre in Halle (Saale), near Leipzig. You will be hired locally on a German employment contract by our German operating entity, Onnea UG.The job starts as soon as possible and runs until the end of June 2027. We pay for your flights there and back, your housing for the whole contract and your daily commute, so most of your salary stays in your pocket. Lots of Finns already work on the team.We service and refurbish bicycles and e-bikes for some of Germany's leading bike leasing and mobility companies, so there is steady work all winter.Your ResponsibilitiesInspect, diagnose, service and repair bicycles and e-bikes.Repair brakes, gears, drivetrains, wheels and other components.Make sure every bike meets our quality and safety standards.Work 8-hour days in our professional refurbishment centre.Document your work in our digital workshop system.What We're Looking ForProfessional experience as a bicycle mechanic, or a comparable technical background.Good knowledge of modern bicycles and e-bikes.You work independently and keep your quality consistent.English for daily work. German is not required.High-volume workshop or refurbishment experience is a plus.What We Offer€3,400–3,800 gross per month, depending on experience.Free accommodation for the whole contract, 10–20 minutes from work.Flights to Germany, and back home when your contract ends.Transport to and from work every day.Full-time work, 8 hours a day.A great team, with lots of Finns already on board.Help with your German tax ID (Steuer-ID), statutory health insurance registration (gesetzliche Krankenversicherung) and any German tax questions.LocationHalle (Saale) / Kabelsketal, Germany.
