As an FP&A Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts while overseeing budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities. Position Responsibilities

- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial projections, delivering insights and recommendations to guide business decisions.
- Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts through coaching, training and ongoing performance feedback.
- Present monthly financial performance across Uline’s North American operations to the CFO and other executive leaders.
- Oversee financial models, planning tools and reporting processes to ensure accurate, reliable information for business planning.
- Partner with leaders across the business to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Credit or a related finance function.
- Previous leadership experience a plus.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed.
