Nominated Building & Civil Supervisor - External Consultant

We are seeking for a Nominated Building & Civil Supervisor - External Consultant.Responsibilities:-Act as the company's nominated Building Work Supervisor.-Provide professional oversight in accordance with South Australian regulatory requirements.-Support compliance with applicable building legislation, NCC, Australian Standards, and WHS obligations.-Provide technical guidance and advice to company management and project teams as required.-Participate in project reviews, inspections, and compliance-related activities where necessary. -Maintain appropriate records and documentation associated with supervisory responsibilities.Requirements: -Current South Australian Building Work Supervisor Registration issued by CBS. -Registration condition must be "Any Building Work".-Demonstrated knowledge of South Australian construction legislation, NCC, Australian Standards, and WHS requirements. -Experience within commercial, industrial, civil, or infrastructure construction environments. - Ability to operate as an independent contractor with a valid ABN. -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Why to join us?Be part of a globally recognised infrastructure group.The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.For us, the journey is just as important as the destination.
