About this role

Service Desk Representative Spanish and Italian speaking

Every day, our stores in Spain and Italy rely on fast and reliable support to keep everything running smoothly. As a Service Desk Representative, you are the first point of contact for our store colleagues. You help them with their questions, look for solutions and make sure they reach the right department within Action. In this way, you make a difference for our stores every day by ensuring that questions are handled quickly, carefully and with good service.

What you'll do

- You are the first point of contact for colleagues and answer their questions by telephone and through our ticketing system.

- You help resolve a wide range of questions in areas including ICT, Human Resources, Facility/Property and Finance.

- You take ownership of questions that cannot be resolved immediately and actively look for the right solution or department.

- You register and document questions and requests accurately in our systems and ensure they are properly followed up.

- You work closely with colleagues from various departments at our international head office to resolve questions quickly and efficiently.

- You provide friendly, professional and service-oriented support in every interaction.

- You make sure store colleagues receive clear and timely answers to their questions.

Who you are

You enjoy helping others and get energy from finding solutions when someone has a question or problem. You communicate clearly and confidently, even when things are busy or when you do not know the answer straight away. You know how to ask the right questions, take responsibility and make sure a question reaches the right person or department.

You are organised and accurate, especially when it comes to registering and following up on questions. You are curious about how things work, are comfortable with different computer systems and quickly get to grips with new software. You enjoy working with colleagues from different departments, but you can also work independently and take responsibility.
Most importantly, you are reliable and service-oriented and genuinely enjoy helping others. You do not need to know everything from day one. Above all, you know how to find the answer and make sure the person asking gets the support they need.

In addition:

- You have at least a secondary vocational (MBO) level of education and thinking.

- You are available for 32 or 38 hours per week and are open to working in shifts.

- You have an excellent command of both Spanish and Italian, spoken and written.

- You have a good command of English, spoken and written.

- You are comfortable with computers and quickly master new software systems.

- You are service-oriented and communicate easily with colleagues by telephone and through digital channels.

- You can work independently and are able to take ownership of a question from start to finish.

All within a culture in which our shared values are truly lived: customer focus, teamwork, simplicity, discipline, cost-consciousness and respect.
