About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We’re looking for a skilled Platform Engineer with experience building applications for iOS devices. You'll help design, build, and evolve the foundational tools, frameworks, and infrastructure that power our frontend applications.

What you'll be doing

Designing, developing, and maintaining reusable components, libraries, frameworks, and foundational tools that support iOS application development Building tools, automation, and workflows that simplify local development, testing, debugging, and release processes for frontend and mobile engineers Contributing to architectural decisions that improve modularity, maintainability, scalability, and consistency across iOS applications Defining and implementing elegant solutions to interesting problems Helping to define and maintain visual guidelines, ensuring consistency throughout the app Establishing and promoting best practices around code quality, testing, observability, reliability, and maintainable software design

What you'll need

7+ years of experience in iOS development A bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field Experience releasing iOS apps via the App Store, TestFlight, and enterprise distribution channels Expertise in building and maintaining iOS applications using technologies and tools like Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Xcode Familiarity with Swift and the iOS SDK for native app development Experience collaborating with design and backend teams using UI/UX tools, like Figma, and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs An active Github account At least one published app available to download in an app store

Nice to have

A background in fintech or other high-volume transactional environment Experience in a startup or scale-up Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery to ensure high-quality, timely project outcomes Experience mentoring, onboarding, and guiding developers, while sharing best practices and supporting team growth

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN37,400 - PLN46,200 gross monthly* Poland: PLN37,400 - PLN46,200 gross monthly* Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
