You will enjoy working here if you are a collaborative and empowering leader who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. You create clarity, develop people and foster accountability across locations and functions. You are motivated by turning customer and business needs into reliable industrial solutions and by building a team culture focused on innovation, quality and execution.

Our offer
• A key technical leadership role in a high-impact, innovation-driven team
• The opportunity to lead and develop a skilled, international and cross-site engineering team
• Opportunities to shape the future of connected industrial solutions
• Collaboration with business lines, engineering, project management, and quality
