- JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent in this position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating Health City Cayman Islands vehicles to transport associates and supplies as directed by the Manager – Support Services:

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Transports associates in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.

- Fulfills the assigned weekly shifts in the 12/9 schedule and participates in weekly on-call roster and is available to respond to 24/7 emergency transportation and delivery needs when required.

- Completes delivery and pickup of supplies and shipments within the specified time frame.

- Maintains communication with management team including providing updates and any information necessary for efficient operations.

- Inspects vehicle condition before and after use and reports discrepancies. Maintains vehicles in clean condition at all times.

- Demonstrates team-oriented problem-solving abilities for logistical issues that arise.

- Ability to work well with diverse personnel as part of a team.

- QUALIFICATION, LICENSURE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILLS

- Valid Cayman Islands Group 4 License with no major moving violations or accidents within the past three years.

- Ten years driving experience, including experience driving coaster busses and minivans (manual and automatic) preferred.

- With good spoken and written English communication skills. Spanish language is advantageous/desirable but not essential.

- Experience with transportation dispatch procedures is desirable but not essential.
