About this role
The Receptionist position is a benefits-eligible day shift position, typically working from 9am to 3pm (Monday through Friday). We are seeking a skilled, warm, and personable individual to join our team in our unique community setting, serving and supporting those who call Kindred Place at Annville, an independent-living senior community, home. Applicants must have proficient typing skills and a comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Basic experience with Excel is preferred, but not required. Excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact warmly and professionally with Kindred Place residents, their families, and the public are essential.
All Kindred Place employees, regardless of their primary job responsibilities, are expected to be able to fulfill the duties of a Universal Worker as needed to meet the operational and program needs of the community. Such duties include assisting with serving meals, with individual/group activities, with maintaining supplies, and related duties.
