About this role
Subsea Distribution Solutions (SDS) designs and manufactures subsea umbilicals and distribution hardware that deliver power, control fluids, chemicals, and communications to offshore oil and gas production systems. The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the global SDS-P business. This role provides full business unit accountability for strategy, growth, profitability, customer relationships, product portfolio management, manufacturing operations, engineering, and talent development. The position partners closely with the SVP, Subsea Manufactured Products, to drive long-term value creation, market expansion, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across the global organization
REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other technical field.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen with more than ten (10) years of P&L management experience.
- Proven track record in developing sales growth and strategies.
- Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in leadership and personnel management.
- Minimum ten (10) years' experience in an engineered-to-order, high-value, low-volume, capital goods manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead successful marketing, sales, and negotiation activities.
- Ability to lead high-performance technical organization and to ensure outstanding overall performance.
- Business or equivalent experience.
