As Talent Lead, you will own and drive our end-to-end hiring process, helping us identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent as we scale. You'll play a critical role in building a world-class team, working closely with our leadership to bring in ambitious, intelligent, and highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As Talent Lead, you will:

• Take ownership of the hiring process, from screening candidates through to offers, contracting, and onboarding..

• Work with our partners to build a high-quality talent pipeline across multiple functions, including engineering, product, sales, and operations..

• Work closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities, define ideal candidate profiles, and execute hiring plans..

• Identify exceptional individuals who demonstrate intelligence, ambition, drive, and a strong work ethic..

• Help shape and continuously improve our recruitment processes as we scale..

What You'll Do

• Own the hiring pipeline: Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring candidates progress quickly and efficiently from initial outreach to offer..

• Run candidate screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, motivation, communication skills, and cultural alignment..

• Source exceptional talent: Proactively identify and engage outstanding candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies..

• Drive the end-to-end hiring process: Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and oversee employment contracting..

• Partner with leadership: Work directly with hiring managers and founders to understand what exceptional talent looks like for each role..

• Maintain a high hiring bar: Prioritise quality over volume, identifying individuals who are genuinely exceptional rather than simply meeting job requirements..

• Move with urgency: Maintain momentum throughout recruitment processes, minimise delays, and ensure we don't lose great candidates through slow execution..

Our Culture

**Relentless Urgency**

We move fast and decisively, focusing on delivering real outcomes instead of waiting for perfect conditions.

**Excellence in Everything**

We hold a high bar in every detail, from product quality to how we communicate and support customers, even when no one is watching. We make an intense effort to learn and expand our knowledge, and redefine what excellence means as we grow.

**Proactive Ownership**

We take initiative without waiting to be asked, communicate early and clearly, are always curious, and continuously improve what we build and how we work.

**Zoom Out, Then In**

We know when to be strategic by stepping back to understand the bigger picture, and we know when speed matters to think tactically and execute with focus and follow-through.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional talent judgement: You have a proven ability to identify smart, highly motivated, hardworking individuals with the potential to perform at the highest level..

• Track record of hiring top-tier talent: You've successfully recruited exceptional candidates, ideally into high-performing technology companies or fast-growing startups..

• Experience in a high-calibre environment: You've worked at a leading technology company, top-tier startup, or similarly demanding organisation where the hiring bar is exceptionally high..

• Strong communication skills: You're confident, articulate, and engaging, with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent Arva AI compellingly to prospective candidates..

• Outstanding organisation: You can manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, keeping track of candidates, interviews, feedback, and offers without letting anything slip..

• Speed and drive: You're highly proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented. You thrive in environments where things move quickly and take personal responsibility for getting things done..

• End-to-end recruitment experience: You're comfortable managing the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and employment contracting..

• High standards: You're ambitious about the quality of people you hire and understand that building an exceptional company starts with building an exceptional team..
