Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in the Columbus, OH area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Install domestic water lines, drain lines, waste and vent piping
- Perform rough-in plumbing for commercial new construction projects
- Install plumbing fixtures, valves, fittings, and equipment
- Measure, cut, thread, bend, and assemble piping materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and project specifications
- Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and system inspections
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience, preferably in new construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plumbing plans
- Knowledge of PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, and other common piping materials
- Must have basic plumbing hand tools required for the trade
- Must have required (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, high-visibility vest, and appropriate work boots
