Matrix Packaging Machinery, a proud division of ProMach, is seeking a talented Inside Sales Coordinator. You’ll contribute to the company’s success by executing the quotation process for customer solutions through partnerships with sales managers, vendors, and internal departments like engineering.
## Does this work interest you?

- Become a subject matter expert in the creation of quotes for new machines.

- Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements by working with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and engineering.

- Match customer requests with our company capabilities, including the determination of vendor capabilities in the process.

- Identify appropriate products and solutions to meet customer requirements (hardware/software, installation, support services), while being mindful that a solution’s specifications and pricing can have significant financial and legal ramifications for the company, especially when quoting multi-million-dollar systems.

- Work with vendors and engineering department to identify appropriate 3rd party solutions.

- Verify that vendors have the capability to meet identified project needs.

- Work with engineering, and other departments as needed, to gather accurate specification and cost information.

- Respond appropriately to incoming sales calls, following up as needed.

- Partner with RSMs and international outside sales reps on projects

- Provide Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers with fully prepared quotations, materials, etc., providing support with orders as needed.

- Process sales leads and participate in department projects.

- High school or GED required.

- Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with capital equipment.

- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce preferred.

- Sales support experience required.

- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite.

- Must be dependable, accountable, and sensitive to deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Well organized, thorough, attention to detail.

- Effective time management skills.

- Ability to work with limited supervision in team environment.
