At The Waterford at Fitchburg, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Med Passer to join our NOC (overnight) team and help ensure our residents receive safe, attentive, and personalized care throughout the night.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, established protocols, and state regulations.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Complete accurate medication documentation and maintain medication records.
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
- Respond to resident needs, call lights, and overnight emergencies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members to support continuity of care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current Wisconsin CBRF Medication Administration certification (or applicable qualifications).
- Previous medication administration experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.
- Dependability and the ability to work independently overnight.
- A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
