About this role

Patria Church is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to help keep our Headquarters running smoothly and support teams across all of our campuses. You’ll be based at our Rancho Cucamonga Headquarters and work closely with the Office Supervisor. You’ll manage office supplies, shipments, and vendors, coordinate workspaces and facility requests, support internal communications, and be a warm first point of contact for callers and guests. If you love keeping things organized, enjoy serving people, and want to be part of a growing, mission-driven church, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
• Manage office supplies, shipments, mail, and deliveries for Headquarters, and coordinate moving supplies and resources between campuses
• Coordinate vendors and purchase requests and follow orders through to completion, using Patria’s approved purchasing procedures
• Schedule conference rooms and shared spaces, help get workspaces ready for staff, and route facility and equipment requests to the right team
• Support internal communications from leadership, including memos, newsletters, calendars, and announcements, with careful editing, proofreading, and fact-checking
• Answer calls and welcome guests with a Christ-centered spirit, praying with callers, sharing next steps like Growth Track and Neighborhood Groups, and connecting people with pastoral care
• Serve as backup receptionist, and help with project tracking, documentation, and logistics for staff meetings, trainings, and gatherings

What You’ll Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of administrative, office coordination, or communications experience, ideally in a church, nonprofit, or multi-department setting
• Experience managing supply inventory, ordering, shipments, or office logistics, along with accurate records and trackers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Asana, Slack, Canva, or Rock is a plus
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, plus sound discretion with confidential information
• Valid driver’s license preferred for occasional errands and deliveries between campuses
• Membership in good standing at Patria Church required. This is a ministerial role

Why Patria
You’ll join a team that genuinely cares about doing good work for a good reason: keeping our church organized and ready so our staff can serve well and every caller and guest feels welcomed and cared for. We’re looking for someone with a heart for the local church along with the skills to back it up.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour (full-time, benefits eligible)
