We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance and Acceleration Program Manager to lead regulatory compliance and acceleration programs for digital safety and responsible AI. Reporting to the Director of Franchise Compliance, this role will translate regulatory requirements into durable product and operational processes, coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries with CELA, and own required documentation such as Digital Safety Risk Assessments. The role will also lead transparency-reporting efforts and create and run an agentic, AI-native program that improves the speed, quality, and scalability of compliance work. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
