The Opportunity

As an Audiologist with Bay Audiology, you'll provide comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, rehabilitation services, and ongoing support to help clients reconnect with the sounds that matter most.

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, market-leading technology, and a dedicated support network, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding client care.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing
- Recommend and fit hearing aid solutions tailored to client needs
- Deliver rehabilitation and ongoing hearing care services
- Build strong relationships with clients and the local community
- Work collaboratively with support staff and clinical colleagues
- Maintain accurate clinical records and professional standards
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture and exceptional customer experience

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving lives and delivering outstanding hearing healthcare.

You will have:

- Full MNZAS membership or be eligible to work as a Provisional Audiologist in New Zealand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to customer care and clinical excellence
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
