About this role

Why this internship
Raidium's AI-native viewer is deployed with radiologists at leading European and US cancer centers and academic hospitals, starting with tumor detection and response assessment. The foundation models behind it can do much more: multi-organ, multi-modality, multi-task. Your mission is to turn this potential into concrete clinical use cases, within and beyond oncology, and to build the method that lets us launch each new one faster, from first demo to radiologist training.
You will join the Clinical Solutions team, the customer-facing team that deploys Raidium in hospitals and works with radiologists day to day. Building our use case library is your main focus and internship deliverable, but you will be a full member of the team: taking part in its daily life, giving a hand on deployments, demos and partner requests when needed, and helping improve our processes in general.

In practice: A Key Role at the Heart of Healthcare & AI Innovation

- Main focus: expand our clinical use cases
- Prepare new use cases within and outside oncology: check how to run them in the current viewer, build the demos and the ideal workflows

- Translate available and upcoming features into more use cases, and accelerate discovery on new use cases to find quick wins towards a more generalist product

- Benchmark our product against others on these use cases, to build marketing arguments and feed the roadmap

- Build and maintain trainings for radiologists interested in novel use cases

- Build reusable protocols in the viewer: for QA, validation studies, trainings and demos

- Work together with radiologists, partners, Product and Marketing

- Internship deliverables: a library of documented use cases (demo, workflow, protocol, training), a competitive benchmark for each use case, a process to qualify a new use case

- Be part of the Clinical Solutions team: Beyond your main focus, take part in the life of the team (weekly rituals, deployments, demos, partner requests) and contribute to improving our internal processes more broadly.

- Navigate a Complex Ecosystem: Work hands-on with radiologists at leading European and US cancer centers and academic hospitals, and with our internal Product, ML, Medical and Marketing teams.

- Shape the Product: Your use case work feeds the roadmap of an AI-native viewer with foundation models built in (multi-organ, multi-modality, multi-task) and helps it grow from oncology into the whole radiology workflow.

- High Challenge & Responsibility: A unique opportunity for an ambitious student to take on real ownership and help lay the foundation of scientific product enablement processes

- Build Core Startup Skills: Develop and apply key skills across clinical workflows, product thinking, structured documentation and communication with medical experts.

You will be managed by Melanie Araneda, within the Clinical Solutions team led by Claude Magnard.
