WJM Professional Services, LLC is a leading healthcare management firm with 20 years of experience providing healthcare personnel, and administrative staffing services to government agencies, including the Defense Health Agency, the United States Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, National Guard, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
We are currently recruiting for a Non-Clinical Case Manager to provide services at the WA Army National Guard.
Key Responsibilities:
The Non-Clinical Case Manager’s role focuses on connecting service members with necessary resources, offering support in various non-clinical areas, and enhancing their overall well-being and readiness.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all case management activities.
- Request Medical/Dental documentation in accordance with regulator guidance.
- Manage the Soldiers is either (1) considered medically ready to return to duty or administratively separated from the military.
- Prepare reports on case management outcomes and activities as required by the Washington Army National Guard.
- Provide all medical documents received for case management to the Records Custodian, who will file them using a document evidencing the transfer of custody from the contractor to the government.
- Assess the needs of service members and develop individualized support plans.
