Learn the basic operation of each property’s HVAC, water heater, electrical panel, and shut-off valves.
- Complete a monthly systems check: test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, check HVAC filters, inspect the water heater, verify breaker panel labeling, and check for pest activity.
- Walk every occupied unit weekly to check for leaks, HVAC operation, and tenant-reported issues, and inspect roofs, siding, fencing, and foundations quarterly.
- Moving & Turnover Support
Move furniture, appliances, and occupant belongings between rooms or units during move-in, move-out, and turnover.
- Set up and break down rooms ahead of incoming and outgoing occupants.
- Assist with occasional deliveries and pickups of furnishings, supplies, and equipment.

- Self-directed, with the ability to manage a recurring schedule across multiple sites with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
