The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and guest-focused Casino Host to join our Marketing team!
As a Casino Host, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our valued guests. From building relationships with our VIP players to coordinating special promotions and events, you'll help make The Point Casino & Hotel a place our guests look forward to visiting again and again.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and top-tier guests.
- Provide personalized guest service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and appreciated.
- Proactively connect with guests to encourage return visits and participation in casino activities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating VIP events, promotions, and special experiences.
- Monitor guest activity and utilize Players Club information to provide personalized service.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional initiatives and guest engagement.
- Address guest questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Help create a positive and exciting atmosphere for our guests.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of related experience in customer service, sales, account management, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.
