Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Sheet Metal Technicians for projects located in or around Syracuse, NY. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform sheet metal fabrication and shaping operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Fabricate ductwork and related HVAC components
- Install duct systems according to project requirements
- Measure, cut, form, and assemble sheet metal materials
- Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous sheet metal fabrication and/or duct installation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
