This role can be based in our Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto offices, or remote across Canada (excluding Québec) or the US.

What your team does:

Our Financial Planning & Analysis team is focused on driving stakeholder and shareholder value by developing the operating and financial plans required to achieve our company goals. You will help our business grow, help our customers succeed, and continuously improve the way we operate.

Our Go-To-Market ("GTM") FP&A team partners with senior leaders and teams across our go-to-market organization to shape investment strategy, understand the range of potential outcomes, and continually iterate so we are deploying resources in the best way to sustain Clio's incredible growth.

Who you are:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst who takes numbers seriously, thrives in a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment, and someone who lives and breathes our values.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving insights and supporting strategic decision-making through in-depth analyses, resourcing forecasting, ad-hoc financial modelling, and strong stakeholder partnerships. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you will work on:

- Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with senior leaders across our go-to-market organization to align GTM strategy with financial goals, bringing a financial lens to the decisions that shape how we invest and grow.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Support the development of GTM annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models, aligned with overall business strategy and revenue goals.
- Strategic Projects: Contribute to higher-order analyses that shape how we understand the business, such as product and segment-level P&Ls, competitive and SaaS benchmarking, and defining what "great" looks like for GTM performance.
- ROI & Resource Optimization: Evaluate the return on investment of GTM activities and recommend how to optimize spend and resource allocation across the go-to-market organization to sustain growth.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of GTM FP&A processes, systems, and tools to streamline reporting and sharpen decision-making.
- Budget Ownership & Variance Analysis: Own the budgeting and monthly budget-to-actual process for your areas of the GTM organization, translating variances into actionable insights and clear recommendations for GTM leadership to keep us aligned with our annual financial goals.

What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Have 5+ years of Financial Planning or Business Analyst experience.
- Proven experience in Investment Banking, Financial Consulting, or finance within a high-growth or SaaS-driven environment, with a strong track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- You enjoy operating as a strategic business partner, working across functions, and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. Curious and passionate about having an impact on the business.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and inter-personal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence cross-functional partners.
- Strong proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, Google Docs, Pigment or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a new role.
