Village Heart & Vein is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient cardiovascular care in Lady Lake, Florida.
Work alongside experienced cardiologists and an established APP team in a physician-led practice. This position offers clinical autonomy with collaborative support and a weekday schedule without call, weekends, or major holidays.

Position Highlights
- Full-time, fully outpatient cardiology
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule
- No call, weekend coverage, or major holidays

Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct cardiovascular evaluations and routine follow-up visits
- Manage conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation
- Review EKGs, cardiac testing, imaging, and laboratory findings
- Prescribe and adjust medications while monitoring treatment response
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with cardiologists
- Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, and ongoing care
- Counsel patients on medications, cardiovascular conditions, and heart-healthy lifestyle changes

Qualifications
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain one before starting
- Previous cardiology experience as an APP preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
