Hawaiian Legacy Home Care is a locally owned agency, not a large franchise, which means our leadership team is hands-on, supportive and invested in both our clients and our caregivers. Were growing our team on the Windward side (Kaneohe and Kailua) and serve families across Oʻahu. We treat our team like ʻohana, and wed love for you to be part of it.

This is a non-medical homemaker position. CNA or Nurse Aide certification is not required.

What Youll Do

- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)

- Prepare meals and assist with grocery errands

- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

- Observe and report any changes or concerns

- Document visits using our mobile care system

What Helps You Succeed

- Compassionate, dependable and respectful

- Comfortable working independently in a clients home

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting up to about 25 lbs)

- A smartphone for scheduling and documentation

- Reliable transportation for most assignments. If transportation is a concern, let us know when we talk. In limited situations, we may be able to help.

Finding Your Fit
Every clients needs are different, so hours vary from caregiver to caregiver. We match caregivers with clients as care needs come up in their area, and many of our team start with a few shifts and grow from there. Tell us when youre available, and well work with you to find a good match.

Requirements

- Must be 18 or older

- Ability to pass a background check and TB clearance (HAR 11-700)

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
