About this role

Job Title: Data Center Land Development Portfolio Management Analyst Job Description This role leads portfolio data management, analytics, and reporting for a fast-growing data center land development portfolio across the Americas region. You will manage complex datasets across multiple systems, ensure accurate and consistent portfolio information, and transform detailed project-level data into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership. Working closely with land development, site services, engineering, construction, finance, legal, and other teams, you will help drive a fast, efficient development process and provide transparent visibility into portfolio health, risks, and performance. Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain portfolio data across multiple databases, systems, and reporting tools to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable information for the Land Development and Site Services portfolio.
- Track and maintain key data points across the full real estate development lifecycle, including right of entry, site due diligence, land acquisition and control, land use entitlements, permitting, civil construction and land disturbance, vertical construction, and transition to operational status.
- Establish and maintain a consistent portfolio data structure, including project attributes, lifecycle stages, milestones, schedules, status, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Monitor portfolio data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness, proactively identifying discrepancies, gaps, duplicate records, and data quality issues across multiple systems.
- Coordinate with project teams and functional stakeholders to validate, reconcile, and update portfolio information, ensuring alignment between source systems and portfolio reporting.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio views that provide clear visibility into project status, milestone achievement, schedule performance, portfolio health, risks, and emerging trends.
- Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, dependencies, bottlenecks, risks, opportunities, and performance indicators that may impact delivery across individual projects, markets, or the broader portfolio.
- Translate complex quantitative and qualitative portfolio data into concise, decision-oriented narratives that clearly communicate current status, performance, changes, risks, and priorities for leadership.
- Support recurring portfolio reviews, business reviews, planning activities, leadership updates, and other operating rhythms by producing accurate and timely data, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain data standards, definitions, governance processes, and documentation to promote consistent reporting across projects, markets, and functional teams.
- Support ongoing improvements to portfolio management systems, database structures, reporting tools, dashboards, and data workflows to increase automation, scalability, accuracy, and usability.
- Partner closely with internal teams such as Land Development, Site Services, Engineering, Construction, Business Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and maintain an integrated view of portfolio performance.
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects by combining and analyzing information from multiple data sources and summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential business impacts.
- Contribute to and reinforce a culture of data integrity, accountability, transparency, speed, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Own complex portfolio datasets across multiple systems, identify when information does not look correct, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain a single source of truth for portfolio reporting.
- Identify which projects or milestones are slipping, where the biggest risks or bottlenecks exist, what has changed since the last reporting cycle, and where leadership needs to focus attention.
- Work cross-functionally with development, construction, engineering, finance, legal, operations, and other teams to challenge, validate, and clarify data rather than simply accepting and entering information.
