About this role
Job Summary:
Team Lincoln Las Vegas is looking for a polished, energetic, and phone-confident BDC Representative & Showroom Receptionist to be the first voice and face of our luxury showroom. In this dual role, you will welcome Lincoln showroom guests with a warm, luxury hospitality experience while driving our Business Development Center (BDC) appointment desk-answering inbound sales calls, following up with internet and service-to-sales prospects, and scheduling VIP showroom test-drive and vehicle-appraisal appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Host the Luxury Showroom: Greet every guest entering Team Lincoln, offer refreshments, log showroom traffic accurately in Tekion CRM, and introduce guests smoothly to our Lincoln sales team.
- Own Inbound & Outbound BDC Calls: Answer incoming sales and main-line phone calls promptly, handle customer inquiries with warmth and urgency, and make outbound follow-up calls to internet leads, lease-maturity guests, and service-drive acquisition opportunities.
- Set High-Show Appointments: Convert phone and digital inquiries into confirmed showroom appointments for new Lincoln sales, pre-owned vehicles, custom factory orders, and street-purchase vehicle appraisals.
- Confirm & Prepare Appointments: Call and text scheduled appointments prior to their visit so the sales managers and vehicles are pulled up and ready when the client arrives.
- Protect CSI & Client Experience: Deliver a white-glove Lincoln client experience on every call and visit, helping the store maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction scores.
