O Analista de Aplicação e Suporte Técnico será responsável por apoiar as atividades técnicas junto aos clientes e instaladores de campo. Entre suas atribuições, está o acompanhamento do cronograma de instalação de cada projeto, suportando o instalador e cliente em dúvidas relacionadas ao projeto e aos produtos.
Também acompanhará juntamente com a área administrativa a disponibilidade do material nas localidades, além de manter os instaladores informados sobre o status e previsão da entrega.
Na fase final de cada instalação, o Analista será responsável por conectar ao sistema supervisório, realizar os ajustes necessários nos dispositivos e no layout, bem como comissionar a instalação. Essa etapa incui a validação completa do funcionamento dos sistemas de automação em geral previstos em projeto, tanto em modo automático quanto manual. Ao final será elaborado um relatório fotográfico de conclusão, evidenciando os testes realizados.
Esta posição ficará em Sorocaba. Esta necessidade se faz, devido ao alto volume de instalações programadas para o período, além ao trabalho minucioso requerido no desenvolvimento dos layouts e comissionamento no sistemas.

Essa função é elegível para híbridos, com a exigência de estar no escritório pelo menos três dias por semana. Espera-se que os colegas demonstrem uma mentalidade de escritório em primeiro lugar, que é o entendimento de que as equipes colaborarão presencialmente e que os colegas devem ser flexíveis para ajustar seus dias híbridos conforme as necessidades do negócio. Você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar com suas equipes e o líder para determinar quando deve estar no escritório, a fim de promover conexões significativas e atender melhor aos nossos clientes
