Our team is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with our customers. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team.
About the Role
As the face of our Service Department, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while working closely with our technicians and workshop team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
- Greeting customers and accurately documenting their service requirements
- Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle progress and repairs
- Communicating repair recommendations and obtaining customer approvals
- Preparing service estimates, invoices and service-related documentation
- Identifying additional service and maintenance opportunities
- Ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the service process
- Delivering exceptional customer service and customer retention outcomes

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within an automotive service environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- A proactive, positive and professional approach
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy
- A current and valid Australian driver's licence
Experience with dealership management systems is advantageous but not essential.
