About this role
As our Data Collection Operations Manager, you’ll hire, develop, and lead a four-person team creating image datasets used to train machine learning models for identity verification and fraud detection. You’ll oversee collection quality, project delivery, secure working practices, and continuous improvement while supporting the team with hands-on collection and basic equipment troubleshooting.
The work being managed can include tasks such as printing out IDs for the system to detect as printouts, printing out generated face images as masks, taking photos of these simulated attacks with different mobile devices or tablets, and tagging them with the exact scenario being collected. This manager will need to provide feedback to the team on their mistakes and how to work more effectively.
