ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, OMNICHANNEL STRATEGY & ACTIVATION - TRYNGOLZA

SUMMARY:

The Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategy & Activation – Tryngolza contributes to the development and evolution of the integrated customer engagement strategy across HCP and consumer audiences and leads the translation of that strategy into coordinated activation plans and execution, with accountability for the quality and effectiveness of activation within their scope.

Reporting to the Director, Omnichannel Integrated Experience & Engagement, the Associate Director serves as a senior strategic and executional partner, helping shape how customer journeys come to life across channels and functions. The role brings broad expertise and a strong strategic and customer perspective to channel planning, journey activation, content and experience requirements, cross-functional integration, and ongoing optimization. Working within the strategic direction established by the Director, the Associate Director independently leads defined activation workstreams, exercises judgment on significant and complex executional issues, and elevates decisions with broader strategic implications.

The role leads activation of the integrated customer engagement strategy, informed by brand strategy, across media, web, email, search, video, peer-to-peer, and other relevant channels, while connecting those experiences with broader customer touchpoints including Field, Access, Patient Services, Medical, Corporate Communications, Patient Advocacy, and other functions as appropriate.

Working closely with Marketing and Brand Strategy, the Associate Director ensures brand priorities, audience needs, and customer engagement objectives are translated into cohesive channel and experience plans. The role establishes effective cross-functional networks and partners closely with HCP and Consumer Marketing on content and asset development, with particular focus on ensuring UX, calls to action, channel context, and the intended next customer action support the broader journey.

The Associate Director also works closely with Omnichannel Operations, Analytics, Commercial Operations, and agency partners to ensure strategic intent is accurately represented through activation planning, business requirements, operational enablement, measurement, and execution. The role diagnoses dependencies and opportunities, develops and recommends solutions, and applies performance learning to continuously strengthen customer engagement and inform broader organizational priorities.
