As a Senior Staff Engineer Product Engineering in our Manufacturing and
Operations team, find yourself in a high-tech

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Lead / Support on Wafer Fab Process Integration & Product Engineering on Inline / Process Control Monitoring (PCM) /Functional Test /yield data for process improvement to meet quality, yield, cost and speed targets.
- Work on lot history checks, commonality investigations and data summary for Material Review Board (MRB), defect density, inline excursions, customer Failure Analysis Request (FAR), Internal Complaint Order (ICO) in support of lot assessment, disposition and root cause finding.
- Plus preventive and corrective actions.
- Lead/ Support New Product Introduction (NPI) for latest and greatest product on Infineon.
- Additionally new technology transfer and development.
- Lead/ Support key innovation and productivity project.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Electronic /Electrical engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Materials sciences bachelor or master degree
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in Wafer Fab & knowledge of semiconductor device physics (e.g. junction diode, MOSFET, BJTs etc.)
- Also wafer fabrication techniques and processes (e.g. diffusion, ion implantation, etching, photolithography, thin film deposition etc.)
- Prefer high CGPA 3.00 and above
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Good presentation skills with strong problem-solving skill.
- Able to perform under a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Willing to stretch extra miles to achieve overall organizational goals.
