Sr. .NET Developer
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex application projects. You will develop your professional network and
leadership skills, assisting in the creation and support of IT Solutions that enable Client success. Furthermore, you will contribute real value by acting as an IT Developer on in-house and purchased IT
applications to solve business problems.
This position reports to an IT Manager and is part of an IT team located in several EAME locations.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
▪ Resolution of system incidents on a key application used in several Eastern Europe Area (EEA) countries
▪ Application development (.NET), implementation of Epics, Futures and User Stories (business requirements)
▪ Develop, configure Business Intelligences and Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
▪ Coordination and collaboration with system vendor to adjust requirements for business needs
▪ Create and execute unit test plans
▪ Support system and integration test efforts
▪ Analyze and resolve code defects
▪ Administration of the system
▪ Ability to collaborate with Designers, Architects, and testers to optimize the quality of integrated solutions
▪ Interface with other IT areas and business customer
▪ Handles projects or work with defined scope in own discipline and typically has a short-term focus
▪ Works with guidance on small-scale team/unit projects
▪ Solves problems in own specialty areas
▪ Makes worthwhile improvements to existing programs, and procedures
▪ Makes practical suggestions for improving work processes in own area
▪ Works for consensus and contributes to achievement of work group goals
▪ Ensures that technical documentation is maintained and up to date
Required Qualifications:
▪ Requires a 4-year accredited university/college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
▪ 8+ years of experience as an IT Developer
▪ 8+ years of experience in supporting a main application, or any other leasing system
▪ Advanced .NET programming skills for the implementation of new features
▪ Experience in administration of SQL server (MSSQL and database management)
▪ Software Development/Configuration Knowledge
▪ Understand software technologies and application hosting environments
▪ knowledge in Business Intelligences and Analytics tools
▪ Advanced experience in ITIL processes (ITIL) and SLAs
▪ Advanced English language skills
Desired Qualifications:
▪ Experience in leasing or financial institution will be an advantage
▪ Openness for business travel
▪ Well-developed communication skills
▪ Ability to work under time pressure

Candidate Expectations – Beyond Technical Skills
While the primary requirement is .NET development with Power BI / analytics exposure, the client is specifically looking for a senior, hands-on developer with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Key expectations:
Experience: Preferably 8+ years of experience with strong exposure to complex development assignments.
Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on .NET development capabilities, along with Power BI / analytics exposure.
Stakeholder Management: Experience working directly with business stakeholders / end users, preferably across global teams and geographies, particularly EMEA.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and conversational skills. The candidate should be comfortable navigating different accents and engaging with stakeholders across regions such as Romania and Kazakhstan.
Requirement Gathering: Ability to independently interact with business users, clarify requirements, understand user stories, and drive discussions without relying on an intermediary process partner.
Ownership & Accountability: Ability to manage deliverables, keep stakeholders informed, support business testing / UAT, and take end-to-end ownership.
Mentoring: Should be capable of guiding and mentoring other developers within the team and helping resolve technical queries.
The key takeaway: We are not looking for a purely backend developer or someone who is only technically strong. The client expects a hands-on senior developer who can independently manage business interactions, demonstrate ownership, and mentor the team.
Timings update:
The selected candidate needs to work with the EAME region so the work timings will be 11 AM to 8PM.
Important Considerations
The requirement is open to multiple vendors, and candidate evaluations happen in batches / cycles.
The client generally processes approximately 4–6 profiles in a cycle. Further profiles may not progress until the ongoing batch is completed.
