ABOUT THE ROLE

The Specialist TA Sourcing independently delivers high-quality sourcing outcomes across priority roles, balancing white-glove candidate experience with scalable delivery by developing and nurturing a multi-channel approach to talent sourcing. The role focuses on channel creation and management, pipeline development, and execution against Priority 1 (P1) and escalated Priority 2 (P2) sourcing mandates. You will own and deliver Sourcing initiatives while also being involved in and drive elements of Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver end-to-end sourcing for P1 and escalated P2 roles.

- Build and manage internal and external sourcing channels, sourcing signals, talent pools and pipelines, including referrals of all descriptions.

- Deliver on sourcing initiatives that improve quality, speed, or pipeline health and work on TA initiatives/projects as agreed with the Head of TA Enablement & Sourcing.

- Conduct market intelligence analysis and deliver talent signals, intelligence and insights.

- Execute advanced search strategies across multiple platforms (far beyond LinkedIn alone!).

- Deliver white-glove candidate experience for senior, niche and technical roles.

- Manage scalable outreach campaigns.

- Maintain accurate ATS and sourcing tools usage and performance.

- Analyse sourcing metrics, processes, performance and optimise for continuous improvements.

- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in research driven technical or specialist sourcing.

- Ability to manage multiple priority requisitions and to prioritise.

- Demonstrable experience of delivering project and initiatives.

- Prompt engineering and Boolean expertise.

- Multi-channel sourcing skills.

- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.

- Strong stakeholder communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience analysing and visualising sourcing funnel metrics.

- Experience delivering white-glove sourcing services.

- Ability to proactively build modular pipelines.

- Experience in niche, regulated or highly or competitive markets.

- Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and techniques.

- Experience supporting junior team members.
