Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Full-time contract role, 40 hours a week, 8:00am PSTRole Overview: Atticus Solutions is seeking a NetSuite Developer who can take a requirement and run with it: figure out what’s actually needed, design it, build it, test it, deploy it, and document it. You will work with our functional consultants and directly with clients, with senior input available when you want a second opinion.What You’ll Be Doing:Own development work from requirements through deploymentWrite SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, RESTlets), build workflows, custom records, saved searches, SuiteQL queries, and Advanced PDF/HTML templatesUse AI to write code, and help set the coding standards that keep it consistent, readable, and safe to deployWork directly with clients to gather requirements, explain options, and talk through trade-offs, since the line between developer and functional consultant keeps getting thinnerHelp clients use NetSuite’s built-in AI features and APIs, and build AI-powered solutions where they make senseFix issues in live client environments without breaking anything elseDocument your work well enough that someone else could pick it upWhat You’ll Need:6+ years of NetSuite development with SuiteScript 2.x, including at least two full implementations or major customization projectsYou know the script types and when to use each, and you understand governance and performanceComfortable with custom records, saved searches, SuiteQL, SuiteFlow, and roles and permissionsSDF and Git for source-controlled deploymentsIntegration experience: RESTlets, SuiteTalk/REST API, and middleware like Celigo or BoomiFunctional knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/Manufacturing (assemblies, work orders, WIP, routings, MRP), and Finance/Rev Rec (ARM or SuiteBilling)Working knowledge of NetSuite’s native AI capabilities and APIs, such as the SuiteScript Generative AI module (N/llm), Prompt Studio, and the AI Connector Service (MCP)You use AI coding tools every day and know how to verify the outputSuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer certificationExperience working with US clients or a US consulting firmStrong spoken and written English, and comfortableAbout Atticus:Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is a specialized remote staffing and IT offshoring firm based in the Philippines, providing vetted, high-quality Filipino talent to global tech startups, SMEs, and consulting firms, focusing heavily on niche areas like ERP (NetSuite), Accounting and Finance and IT, offering integrated recruiting, upskilling, and HR support to ensure high retention and reliable offshore teams.Atticus provides a comprehensive solution for international companies to build dedicated, outsourced teams and efficiently scale their technical and administrative capabilities by leveraging skilled Filipino talent, managed with a focus on quality and long-term retention.
