4. Finance & Resource Management

- Review monthly financial reports in coordination with the Finance team, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor studio budgets, operational expenses, reimbursements, vendor payments, and subscriptions.
- Prepare monthly financial and operational summaries for the Studio Head, maintaining accurate reporting and visibility into spending.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficient resource utilization.

5. Workplace & Administration

- Oversee workplace operations, ensuring a well-maintained, organized, and productive office environment.
- Manage office infrastructure, equipment, assets, procurement, vendor relationships, and administrative requirements.
- Establish effective processes for workplace maintenance, asset management, and employee workspace readiness.
- Drive improvements in workplace efficiency and overall employee experience.

6. Leadership Support & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with the Studio Head on operational priorities, strategic initiatives, and execution.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, track key decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-through on commitments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the studio and Game District's shared HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Admin teams.
- Provide leadership with regular operational updates, performance insights, and recommendations on emerging challenges.

7. Team Development & Process Ownership

- Build and scale the studio operations function in line with organizational growth.
- Identify operational resource requirements, define responsibilities, and establish clear accountability within the team.
- Recruit, train, and manage operations team members while ensuring effective delegation and ownership of established processes.

What Success Looks Like
