Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead and support a team of Utilities, ensuring dining room operations are maintained to the highest standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will be hands-on in the day-to-day operation while fostering a positive and service-focused team culture.

About You:
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, retail, bar, or restaurant environments
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote setting
- FIFO experience preferred
- Current C Class Driver's Licence required
