Avis Greece is on the hunt for a Costing Analyst, you will be part of our dynamic Strategy team and you will be responsible for providing insights that help Management make better decisions, address key challenges, adapt to market circumstances, and identify new ways to grow. To this end you will develop plans that determine the direction the Company should take to actualize its vision and mission.

🎯 Your Mission:

- Analyze financial and operational performance, focusing on cost, revenue and profitability drivers.
- Turn complex datasets into clear insights that support business decisions.
- Perform variance and actual vs. pre-cost analyses to identify trends, cost leakages and improvement opportunities.
- Build and enhance costing models for existing and new mobility products.
- Support pricing analysis and monitor pricing consistency and profitability.
- Contribute to Long-Term Rental portfolio analysis across contracts, customers and segments.
- Support portfolio optimization through profitability, risk and scenario analysis.
- Contribute to Residual Value, vehicle lifecycle and asset performance analysis, supporting profitability optimization throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
- Develop analytical and forecasting tools incorporating business performance and market data.
- Support budgeting and ongoing profitability monitoring by identifying the assumptions, risks and conditions required to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with Leasing, RAC, Fleet, Finance and Commercial teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications

- Educational Background: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative field. A master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar position
- Excel in using MS-Office applications
- Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently
- Showcase a great sense of confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail are paramount.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and project management skill
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. Any other language will be considered an asset.
